NorthBridge Church in Antioch, IL, is seeking a Pastor of Next Generation Ministries who is passionate about forming emerging generations (birth to young adult) into resilient disciples of Jesus and growing them in their faith. This role will involve recruiting, developing, and coaching volunteers to partner with parents in discipling the next generation. An additional core area of responsibility will be to shape strategic visioning, parent support initiatives, and young adult programs that align with the overall direction of NorthBridge Church. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking and the ability to build collaborative partnerships while serving as a shepherd for parents and families. They should have experience in developing strategy, leadership finesse, and cultivating a culture that reflects NorthBridge’s values.
